Cahors

Cahors belongs to the group of red fortified wines with a high sugar and alcohol (around 16 %) content. It is produced with heat treatment of grape mash. This fairly popular sort of wine is used in the rituals and religious holidays of the Orthodox Church.

It is characterized by an elegant dark ruby color, and the fullness, softness and silkiness of the taste and bouquet with delicate cocoa and chocolate tones.
